Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BRAND STRATEGY & GRAPHIC DESIGN?

A: Brand strategy is the process of defining your brand before design is ever started.

We have created our proprietary “Restaurant Start-Up Plan” for our clients. This assessment helps clearly

see your vision, purpose, product, target audience, space/vibe and what makes you unique from your

competition. Then your logo and collateral graphics can be designed to tell that story to your clientele.

 

Q: IF I HAVE A DESIGNER, CAN I JUST DO THE BRAND STRATEGY PROCESS?

A: Yes! We offer a custom test along with a consulting session. The end result is a Brand Plan and Vision

Boards to provide for your designer. You may also now purchase the Restaurant Start-Up Plan on Amazon

and do a “Do-It-Yourself” version.

 

Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY CURRENT BRAND IS STILL RELEVANT?

A: Download our Brand Touchpoint Evaluation. This is the process of taking all of your collateral materials

and laying them out to see what is working, what is not. Then you may decide where you want to go in the

future.

 

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE IF I NEED STRATEGY AND DESIGN?

A: Time frames vary but we are able to adjust based on needs. A client creating something for a current

location averages a month or two for a full package. When building from the ground up will take longer

and should allow 2-3 months. i.e.. The strategy, logo, signage and packaging will need to be completed in

the first phase which is about a month. Then additional production may take as much as two months.

 

Q: I WANT TO OPEN A BUSINESS BUT NEED TO RAISE MONEY, DO I NEED A BRAND?

A: Brand Investor Books are a good tool to raise funds for large projects. We can take your brand strategy

package to the next level and create a visual branded business plan. This shows due diligence to investors

as well as real estate developers.

 

Q: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST – WHAT SHOULD I BUDGET?

A: Each project is different but here are some examples for budgeting purposes.

 

Q: CAN I USE MY OWN VENDORS?

A: We have many affiliate vendors to refer but we will work with any vendor you choose as well.

A few resources include interior designers, architects, food consultants, photographers, printers, 3D

visualization, packaging, public relations, web developers, social networking, franchising, etc…

 

Q: WILL I OWN MY BRAND?

A: Yes! Once fees are paid all usage rights transfer in full. You may work with us on an ongoing basis and

we will manage your brand. Or, you may have us design your brand package, create a style guide and hand

off all creative materials for your internal design team.
